Michael Coad will play for Gold Coast if not drafted.

Sturt officials are aware of this.

He's as very good chance to go to the Hawks. Still very interested in him as they are Angus Kurtze. Both of them met with Gary Buckenara last week along with a young small aboriginal forward from Sturt. Hawks very much keen on mature aged rookie listing both these lads and are very keen on Micklejohn in the PSD if he is not taken before. All should be on an AFL list by years end.

I believe Lee Staple from the Eagles has been invited to train with the new Gold Coast team and is currently up there.

Just wait till young blokes are told they're leaving Adelaide for the joys of Western Sydney.
