Wayne Schmaal has had his knee cleaned out in preparation for 2010.

Saw Andrew Aish recently - looks fit enough to slot straight back onto the half back flank (couldn't they do without about 6 of him...what a player.)

the ruck division is going to get a real boost with big ugo colasante choosing the legs over woodville and michael gregg is going to bring his bike out of retirement as well.

Christian O'Brien has been seen out at training knocking out a few guys with his tackling. Never saw a player knock so many opposition players out by his tackling alone!!

tony francis is going to come back to training, just as soon as he can work out his teaching schedule and cricket coaching practice.

his young legs will make a great difference in the midfield
