1197am RPH Adelaide SANFL Coverage

Postby Big Phil » Thu Oct 15, 2009 6:39 pm

I know it is not SANFL related directly, but starting up this evening is the Thursday Night Summer Sports Show on 1197AM 5RPH...

Over the next 9 weeks, in reverse order (South through Central) we will be taking a look back at the season that was for each SANFL club...

Tonight Rob Green and Daniel Frangos will take a look back at the Panthers and will have a chat with newly appointed League coach Ron Fuller...

On from 8pm until 9pm every Thursday, the boys chat about all other summer sports including horse racing, cricket, basketball, tennis, netball, the SANFL clubs and a whole lot more...

ask the tough questions like, is it true that 6-9 players are leaving, is jeremy clayton a required player....not point asking soft questions that will get cliche type answers
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Tonight's show looks at Norwood, and we chat with coach Nathan Bassett in the first half of the show.

The second half will feature an extended interview with former world number 8, Alicia Molik, talking about her comeback to the tennis circuit after retirement and her plans for the future.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

There usually is, but not sure with last night's as they had some technical difficulties towards the end of the show...

Will check later and post the links if they are available...
