The Eagles have some big names (Treeby, Powell, Fiacchi) who have had limited league matches due to long term injury, only playing the one match against Glenelg in recent times. The Eagles probably need them to have a chance of pushing deep in to September and can only do this by playing them. But, it is surely a risk for today's game?

How do you see the influence of these three players in particular to the Eagles chances?

Remember 3 games at AAMI an u18s Qualifying and the 2 league games. The day to start/started 9.10 am.
I'm with the Eagles cheersquad for the game. Eagles u18s just a little unlucky to miss out on finals on %. Lost to Port by 4 pts and West by 1 pt. Had we won either game we would have faced West in the Elimination.

Crowd size at this early stage?

Disappointing that there's not many people there but a decent crowd at the suburban ovals looks like a Port Power crowd at Footy Park.

Enjoying the broadcast, so far so good for us.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Listening in London! Keep up the good work.

Centrals play better when I clean, needless to say the house is halfway from being spotless.

Saw the Sturt Banner had trouble reading it as it was blue writing on a blue background.
In wrestling circles it's known as a clothesline not a coathanger.

Who would have thought that a final where Sturt & Centrals were equal at 3/4 time would be this underwhelming?

I suppose once the Crows hangover wears off, we will have more publicity for the games next week and as a result more crowd.
