ROUND 23 COCA-COLA STAR SEARCH NOMINATION

Jarrod Kellock from Glenelg Football Club has been named the Round 23 Coca-Cola Star Search nominee.





Kellock played his second League match on the weekend against West Adelaide at City Mazda Stadium.

A tough inside player and an impressive tackler, he notched up 12 kicks, six marks and eight handballs during the game.

Kellock has progressed through the ranks at Glenelg Football Club, having played Finals for the Bays in last year’s Reserves competition.

Way to go Killer!!!!

Was very very good including one outstanding 2 v 1 effort where he chased one West player and through pressure induced an errant handball to another West player who he was able to tackle and produce a ball up great 2nd effort.

In the fourth quarter he produced another good effort where he followed up on a kick received the handball and then passed off for a deep forward 50 entry.

His work rate has been great in his two league games

Produced four consecutive 40 plus possession games in July/August prior to his callup to the 1s.

I was impressed with his game also. Thought he was in the Bays best players.
