Eagles v Glenelg was changed and started at 12 midday (11.58 actually)
Eagles 2.5.17
Glenelg 11.15.81
I heard that Sturt def Central by 5 points, this keeps Eagles in 5th spot and now need Norwood to defeat Central at Hamra Homes Oval to play in the finals.
There was a crash involving a car about 5 minutes from full time at the southern end of Fortress Woodville and Oval Ave.

If anyone else has other Under 18s scores from this round, then they can be posted here I suppose.

Nup, just find it bemusing why people don't check threads before posting information. I mean its not teh first time results have been posted in teh main match threads.

I would hope so. We have had about 10 8.30 starts this year.

I would normally put Eagles u18s results in the Eagles v whoever review thread, but The Eagles don't play till tomorrow. If I took my time putting it in, people ask why did it take so long. This is just for the u18s not for reserves or league results.

Somehow the Eagles u18s are still in 5th spot. It's now up to Central to take it from us. I hope that they don't.

No disrespect but saw the Eagles on saturday and they were crap. I must admit I am amazed at how bad the standard of under 18 footy has become outside the top 3 sides. SA has taken a major step backwards if the current standard is any indication. Had a mate from interstate with me and he was laughing at our so called elite show case comp.

How many u18 games have you seen this year? How good are you and your mate at playing aussie rules when it's blowing a gale and pouring down with rain. My guess is not as good as when it is dry and not much wind.

The standard certaintly has dropped off the last few weeks but that probably has to do with the fact that most of the exceptional lads are now playing reserves or league football.

Mighty Eagles - take your head out of your ...... and face facts. I think I am a little qualified. Of my 60 years on this planet I have been involved at an elite level for 30 years (much higher than you would know yourself) and have watched all grades in SA and Vic for the last 15 years. Your club in particular is so full of self vested interest and are one of the reasons footy in this state is heading down the gurgler at a junior level. Die hards like myself laugh at the likes of you and the boys club that runs the game in SA at this level and are thankful that our time has past and individuals like yourself are so full of self importance and in reality - insignificance. The unfortunate thing is that you influence kids with your self indulged thought processes.

You know me personally do you. I don't think so. Do not insult me or my club again, it is not welcome here. If you have any problems you should really have a go at the SANFL. We defeated your club just the other week.
