Probably not the right place to post it but

I have children who are about to get into auskick next year.

I am looking at getting involved in coaching. What course are available to do? when where and how?

I have called the SANFL twice regarding this and have not received a return call so hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction.

try contacting your clubs junior development office & go from there, as at worst i'm sure they'll point you in the right direction ;)

I looked on the SANFL site a few years back and looked for the next level 1 coaching course. Nominated via phone and away I went. It mightn't be the right time to look for courses now though, seeing as the season is nearing it's close from an auskick perspective.

As stated above, contact your local SANFL club. They run the L1 coaching courses and can set you on the right track.

Yep defiantely in the Glenelg zone. Glenelg like most clubs have run their level 1 course for the year. As Dutchy said ring the Glenelg Footy club 8294 5333 on Monday and ask for Justin or Brenton Hole about when they will be running caoching courses next. They might also be able to you if another club is about to run a course in the 3rd semester. I understand Bung and Macca have a coaching seminar planned for coaches in the next few weeks, I'm sure they wont mind you attending if you are keen. If you are really keen ring the Office for Recreation and Sport 8466 6677 (I think). Their coaching and officiating unit is always running coach information seminars.

As someone who helps out at Auskick you don't need a coaching qualification, so waiting until next year is neither here nor there.
