could the port magpies entice warren tredrea to be a playing coach next year ?

i know the day of the playing coach is all but extinct but could this happen with a person like tredrea who i would think command respect & have the full forward spot sewn up as well

to port, no don't do it leave timmy there please ;)

Treaders will still be playing AFL next year, but i get the feeling that Stephan Williams could be back at the Maggies next year

Even though Port may not finish last, they have never finished lower than 7th on the ladder.

The problem at Port is the thin list as opposed to the coaching staff.

Still no doubt Ginever will end up wearing the blame for it and getting sacked, so Roger Delaney would have to be worth a look.

Deadly serious. I'm not yet convinced Ginever can't coach.

I would think that Tony Bamford, Scott Hodges and Stephen Williams would be in the mix.

Someone just told me McIntosh has told Payneham that he will not be coaching there next year as he will be involved at SANFL level. I know he has been linked to Port, but i cant see that happening.

As I have stated before, when Port are in trouble, Let's Back Jack (for the 4th time)! ... although he may need to choose a better apprentice this time around. ;)
