If there was a vacancy for a Senior Coach at your SANFL club, and you could have one of the existing AFL coaches, who would you choose?

Roy Laird forever...

Or at least until he retires, then Al Clarkson can come back to the Dogs ;)

don't want any of them ... more than happy with Rubbers.

If the question was who do you think is the best AFL coach, then Mark Thompson ;)

Stephen Rowe was quite open in his opinion on Fridays 5AA sports show that he felt that Mark Mickan would do well as Senior Coach of an AFL club, I know most people disagree a lot with S Rowe, yet I do think he would be good in the AFL system if a chance did come his way!

Although he's not on the list, I vote Dean Laidley as he's the only one now available. ;)
Of course, by the time I type this anything could have happened.
Did anyone else hear a few of the 'experts' talking up Ken Hinkley on one of Saturday's radio programs ?
He certainly got some big raps as possibly the next 'big thing' in coaching. Any opinions ?

You know too well your Board at the time had too much trouble on several fronts with Clarkson , and couldnt wait to be rid of him . Remember the state coaching job for example , he basically went behind their back to do it !
