After experiencing the freezing climate that was Leederville Oval, I'm more than happy to not be required at Noarlunga on Saturday and will happily bring live updates from Woodville Oval from what will hopefully be a good game of football :D

Looking forward to it. It seems like a long time ago since we had North on the radio

I hope the boys put in another good preseason, anyone know if we picked up any new recruits in the last 3 weeks? :D

I really hope we can at least be semi competetive!
With Parry out we will struggle in the ruck department, but for as good as he has been our midfield could not make any good use of his hard work.
I hope for the sake of the success starved supporters the lads have a red hot go and stand up instead of waving the white flag and flushing themselves down the toilet!
North have some geniune talent while we are still searching for it.
C'mon panthers show some grit!!!

Before common sense prevails and says North SHOULD win comfortably, this could be one of those strange games where the Panthers might get up in an upset. I don't think it will happen and the Roosters should win by plenty but you never know...

In saying all this, I'll tip the Roosters by 49 points

No, not at all mate

I figure I stated who I think will win and by how much, BUT, if the stars are all aligned and North come out lightly and this is one of those strange game where the result doesn't go the obvious way, I figure I can then say "told ya so !!" ;)

I'm with Big Phil, I think North will win but if they don't I think South will win or it will be a draw.

If we (North) lose this week then 2009 is over as far as top 3 spot and even finals IMHO.

Even without Allan we will have the likes of Archard, Sporn and Schwarze all back from injury to be at near full strength so there can be no excuses. However we managed to lose last year at Polar Park in a game where our tall fwds took 32 marks between them! If we dont pump South then I will.............!

No Parry = No hope of South winning.

What would you get for a South victory? $15.00?
