Josh Farmer from West Adelaide Football Club has been named the Round 8 Macca’s Cup Most Valuable Player nominee.
Farmer, who wears guernsey no. 9, played a fantastic four quarters in West’s thrilling one-point win against the Eagles at Broadspectrum Oval last Saturday.
He had 31 possessions, including four goals and eight tackles.
Judges said Farmer used the ball very effectively in slippery conditions and displayed a strong work ethic throughout the match.
