I reckon you've got those scores the wrong way around. The Bays won.

I know this has been discussed elsewhere but couldn't find it. What's the rule relating to U18 players being not being allowed to play up in the reserves or league? Does it have something to do with where they played in round 1?

I could be corrected and I'm sure MightyEagles or someone else closely involved with the juniors but I think they are not able to play in a grade higher than the Under 18's until after the National Under 18's Carnival which is coming up in the next few months.

I thought it had more to do with how much senior footy they played last season.

I think they can play league any time, but can't play Reserves until after the Carnival.

They can play league at any time, but only allowed to play reserves after the U18 carnival, although i think this a recomendation only not a ruling, as North have played some players in the reserves that are U18 and didnt play league footy last year.

Yes guide line only, no punishment for clubs not sticking to the guidelines.
They can play league any time.
I think if they played the last 8 weeks of 2008 at senior level they can play reserves
My understanding is that the guideline say they must play juniors until May 23

or they've played x amount of ressies games (not sure of the exact figure) in 2008. The reason why Alex Carey (an U/18) was playing 2s footy in April.
