Who is the most likely coach to either leave or be given the sack in 2009?

where is the no coach sacked option ?

fwiw i'd think the only one that could go would be ginever if port had a bad year

Ginever and Fuller are the obvious candidates i think. Maybe if Norwood struggle with their big name signings, Hill could be under pressure too.

It would be my impression that if either Port, Norwood or the Eagles do not make the five then the coach could well be dismissed as a result, I am not to confident that any of those clubs would accept any excuse for finishing outside of the eight, unless of course the club is under serious financial problems and the board have specifically made a decision not to recruit and to save as much funds of their salary cap to ease the financial problems at the club which may not be to far away from the truth for at least one of these.

Andy Collins I can see getting another year irrespective of his result, my impressions from listening to Westies supporters is that there is an expectation of an improvement of a few places, so finishing seventh could be seen as an improvement worth the year of effort.

Clay Sampson at South would very likely get another year irrespective of the result because of the clubs desire to try and put some stability into the club, certainley they could sack him for winning the spoon, yet if that does happen I still feel that he will get another year.

Luke Norman and Daniel Healy are both first year coaches, of course various clubs sack a coach after only one year if the result is not what they were looking for, yet I dont think its likely in either case here!

I am surprised he didnt get some votes! - Rather than be sacked he might actually resign after yet another Premiership as was rumoured last season!.......

Tim Ginever for me they will be out to get him if Port fail to improve and look likely to miss the finals. Fuller is the other one who is a good chance to go if the Eagles have a bad year.

SP, I believe you can purchase a Gelenelg Memebership on-line... & there are many benefits too- Members draw, players readily accessible to members etc... I keep hearing they are doing great things down there...

Exept when you come on here when they are playing each other and state you will be going for Norwood.

I'm with GWW. If norwood, with all it's recruits don't perform, Mr. Hill could be under pressure.

IMHO Norwood would have to get optimum results for Mr Hill to have any chance of being there in 2010

Trevor will be safe, Norwood wont sack the 2009 Premiership coach!
