FULLER OUT !!!

It will come as no surprise to many of you on here that I am posting this topic.
IMHO Ronnie has 'lost' the players.
They do NOT appear to be 'playing for him' anymore as the so called 'game plan' appears to be somewhat flawed @ present & our results have been inconsistent to say the very least, in fact they are bordering on appauling.
I believe this has a direct correlation to the statement in 2006 "Whatever happens this season is my last" & feel the players have become 'stale' in hearing the same old message & their motivation levels (also for many of them, probably as a result of the long desired Flag of 2006) are @ an all time low @ present.
Regardless of the result v Westies, the season is gone & Finals are out of the question (look at our draw & you will relize we are 'pushing the proverbial up hill) & anyway, finishing between 4th & 7th is virtually the same thing, IMHO - a wasted season/year.
The club is now facing a VERY difficult 'transistion' & dare I say it 'rebuilding' stage in its short history over the next 3 to 5 years. The time is upon the club to show STRENGTH & move in a different direction both on & off the field, IMO.
Starting with the coaching set up but more importantly looking at the LONG TERM needs of the club, with particular reference to its supporter base & community. When I go to games (& due to circumstances, I must admit that has been somewhat of a rarity, this year) I am RATHER concerned @ the 'average age' of our supporter base.
WWTFC appears to have a large % of 'elderly' supporters. This is concerning, re: the long term future of the club. Perhaps CD or Spelly can help with the actual MEMBERSHIP %'s of below 30's & above 50's.
Over-reaction?
Any thoughts?
