I know clubs have to make decisions
BUT
Have NA unloaded too many talented big strong forwards ?
If anything happens to ALLEWAY they will have even more problems

Some of these guys would be handy if still at Willcox Ave.
WEATHERLY
PERRIE
HARGREAVES

And it would be nice if GILL/WHITE were available as well

Supporters today are calling for Jars to be replaced by Brenton Phillips next year
I think thats a bit premature
Think of where this club was until the messiah took over
From the laughing stock to a grand final in his time there
Each year the club has progressed until this year
The coach needs another year in my opinion

Imploding perhaps at the minit.
Its got more to do with Motlop/Ladhams being unavailable, 2 superstars of the comp

If we didn't have Alleway we wouldn't have won a game this year, he is a lot better than 80% of the forwards in the AFL currently.

North are a an absolute rabble at the moment and in the past Ive been very critical of fans not willing to make a difference themselves but with our current set up with best mates of the CEO on the board (invited, not voted upon) I really do struggle to see how I, or any fan can make a difference at the moment.

If I was really passionate I'd try and move things myself similarily to when I was apart of Roosters Against Merger and helped organised the Rooster Rally but personally I don't have the passion I used to and need someone else to step up to the plate, North could be in for some long years unless someone with some passion steps up to the plate to help changes things at the club.

Old news Tigerboss. We imploded weeks ago mate.

Maybe if you had posted some substance to your topic instead of just a silly smilie, you might get taken a bit more seriously.

Now go and get yourself a bigger worm

I think they will have Gill for the rest of the season and all of next year. Definately not up to AFL standard.

Based on that assesment, the Crows sshould delist 75% of their squad.

I disagree, I was at the game on Friday night barracking for the mighty Cats like all good people were and IMHO Gill was the only bloke in the forward lines actually trying. He'd be the first bloke I'd pick for the Crows, the rest should give it up.

If he still had the support of the playing group I would tend to agree with you, but by all acounts if he stayed in 09 he would also be looking for the biggest part of a new playing squad to field a side.
Any coach, in any grade, in any comp. who has lost the players needs to step aside......................and sooner rather than later.

If Jarman was around next year the club might as well as fold.

I actually get along with him quite well one on one, he respects the fact that I tell to his face what I post online.
We're definately different people but I'd like to think we have a healthy respect for each other.
He's a completely different bloke one on one.

I believe Jars is not a full-time coach so these questions are irrelevant if he is.

But, if he isn't .....

Do my fellow North supporters who are much closer to things than me, think that ANJ being full-time would in any way help the current situation? How long until the NAFC has a full-time head coach?

When I head him on 5AA it seemed to me there might be lots of loose ends not being tied up simply because he doesn't have the time to devote to them all. Or is it a case of there being more loose ends currently than you would normally expect?

He isn't a full time coach.

He is paid more than some full time coaches in the past though.

If my mail is right (and its from board members) he's on well over 100k for a part time gig.
