I think they will have Gill for the rest of the season and all of next year. Definately not up to AFL standard.

I actually get along with him quite well one on one, he respects the fact that I tell to his face what I post online.
We're definately different people but I'd like to think we have a healthy respect for each other.
He's a completely different bloke one on one.

When I head him on 5AA it seemed to me there might be lots of loose ends not being tied up simply because he doesn't have the time to devote to them all. Or is it a case of there being more loose ends currently than you would normally expect?

He isn't a full time coach.
He is paid more than some full time coaches in the past though.
If my mail is right (and its from board members) he's on well over 100k for a part time gig.
