Welcome to the Eagles nightmare NAFC.
Yes, you were the better side and the Eagles finishing third is reflective of where they should have finsihed in all reality.
However, NAFC are not good enough to beat a well rested and hungry CDFC. With the Gowan's last games for the club and the opportunity to make up for last years result I see an ugly result looming.
Besides, North should have to endure some pain in their quest for premiership glory, just like the Eagles have for many years. Unlike Sturt who stole a premiership and then disappeared.
Brett O'Hara knows first hand how to lose a Grand Final and his experience is assisting his team mates on the correct protocols for the losing finalist will be invaluable.
A 126 point victory to CDFC would be fantastic.

No nightmare for us EC - one club, 114 years of history 13 premierships, lot's of Margarey Medals, the greatest ever SA born and bred player, the greatest ever goalkicker. Need I go on? Yes there was SANFL before 1991 in case your brain hasn't fully developed and we endured plenty of pain losing GF's e.g. 1989!
I'm sure the decent Eagles supporters would be cringing at morons like you?

Can they take the monkey of the eagles back. Will it be a 106+ defeat.

EHL you seem extremely bitter. I'm amazed you want Centrals to thrash us after all the beatings they have handed out to you this century.

I'm sure spelly will be all over this but I believe this is the Gowans twins 8th "last match" for the CDFC.

Haha - very good Grahaml.

However one day it will be their last game unless they have found the fountain of youth but nothing would suprise me the way Centrals have been going since 2000!

Nice effort! Every year, about this time, the same rumour gets spread, surely they will want to go out winners though so they better make their last game in 08?

It has been posted on another thread that I saw earlier that the twins have already agreed to play on another season.

Heard Kris Grant on radio on Sunday. Chris and James have not signed on for 2008 yet, but then again, they had not signed on for any of the past four seasons until after the Granny. I am confident they will play on next year. They will just not be in the centre square.
Cheers

When was your last premiership RoosterMarty?
Let the nightmare begin.
Jar's got his sight's set on any other Eagle rejects to follow in the footsteps of Danny Wise, O'Hara??
