I think you'll find that Jeff Smith has played his last game for Glenelg for a while as he is heading overseas for 12 months.

i didn't know that but when 'they' go overseas for a year 'they' never seem to return when 'they' get back

Could be some other interesting names added to this oversea's list (not necessarily Glenelg)

its a shame if smith leaves looked handy today for us almost the best he has looked all year sad to see him go if true cant afford to loose to many players must bring in some new ones whats the kane brother from perth like if anything like ben should be a gun

Joker, you are well named. Spoke to Dewey on Sunday and asked him if he would be playing next year. He said yes so I asked him whether it would be at Central. He said he could not confirm that yet. I then asked him whether it could be at Kersbrook and he nearly choked with laughter. Said he is not THAT OLD yet and would definitely not be playing with them.
