Yes it is...

58 League games
48 League Goals

John Hinge:
League with Glenelg - 2005-09
2005-07 Adelaide Crows (Rookie '05, elevated '06 and '07 - played one game)
75 League Games
32 League Goals

Jonathan Giles:
League with Central District - 2006-09
39 League Games
20 League Goals

I bet there are a few Doggies players looking forward to the first time the 2 sides clash on ANZAC Day at Hamra Homes. That is of course if Joffa is even playing in the league side for Sturt then ;)

[quote="Big Phil"]After being delisted by the Power, as a rookie, sadly Matthew Martin is quitting SANFL and looks likely to play at his junior club Flagstaff Hill.

Obviously being delisted from an AFL list really hurt the lad and now he lost to SANFL, a real shame as he was a talented strapping young lad."]

His last league game for WAFC was against the Bays and it was a beauty(unfortunately for me).

He has been around the club & stayed in contact & will be very welcome back at Flaggies in 2010.
I hope it is just for 1 season then he gets back the motivation to get back into SANFL committments. Matty's support & presence around the Flaggies U18s during our 09 finals campaign was tremendous. Once a Flaggies Boy always a Flaggies Boy !

Pity some lads who played sport there in the summer over the years didn't have the same attitude.

Also, Jeremy Rowe, who I think was going to quit SANFL as well, has decided to stay on with the Bloods in 2010 so good news there for Westies.

Will update the INS and OUTS list shortly, inclusing this morning's Mini Draft additions...

Thanks BP but i mentioned this on page 40 of this thread ;)

Matthew Martin, from a pretty reliable source, has walked out of Westies to go back and play for his junior club in Flagstaff Hill.

Has not taken the delisting from the Power well, and wants to simply enjoy his footy with some mates! No passion left in him! Big waste for mine, but being delisted would be extremely hard to take as a 19 yr old. Hopefully Westies can talk him out of it!

Out: Mieklejohn (Perth)

After suspecting it for about 2 months and sweating on the PSD and rookie draft, it's great to finally see typed! Dunno what sort of hardball the Magpies will play tho..

I would suspect if he wants out, the Magpies would play extremely hardball. I am sure he doesnt want to sit out of footy for 12 months.

As if Port Magpies would let him sit out of football and not take the transfer fee. Great way to teach the man a lesson by killing your own football club.

Lot of FAILing going on. Although I would be disappointed if it was any other way.

p.s. Do Bay supporters still think everything is on track down your way? Glenelg's IN/OUT list is looking very lopsided. Unless of course Horsham is an untapped gold mine for SANFL talent?
