Could be Michael Newton perhaps? I think Norwood were chasing him and he is good mates with Jace Bode from their time together at Melbourne.

As in he has been on The Lions list but not originally a Queenslander.

If it is who I think it is, I beleive Central will continue their recent love affair with recruiting Tasmanians.

So basicly Centrals and the Eagles have nicked two recruits(1 each) from the clutches of Norwood  Well done to both teams doing that ;)

If it is who I think it is that Central are looking to sign, I don't think he was in discussions with Norwood. I was confusing him with someone else who I think Norwood were chasing.

Yeah, I've had the chat with Roy and we both agreed I'm just a tad above my optimum playing weight and would again be better suited to a stats role with the club. :D

And with Dutchy being a Bays man, I don't think the Dogs will want to pay his $20K transfer fee ;)

I'm just on 6"2 but I'm also at about current Grenville Dietrich playing weight so will be out of the Dogs recruiting radar I would think ;)

Inside word is that Ben Kane is a shattered man that he won't be at the bay. Likely to throw in the towel as he doesn't want to play against his beloved club. Not good result for anyone.
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

Dutchy would clearly be in the minority if he is choosing to remain aligned to Glenelg rather than shop himself around and ask for a transfer fee to be paid. Would love to see a phantom footy match between Sturt players who left at end of 2010 vs Glenelg players leaving at end of 2011. Line ups anyone? Set it up as a poll I say.
