Deny, mate...

The SANFL have a contractor who provides the commentary service, along with filming the games...

I work for that contractor...

There is an app called Mixlr broadcasting games. I was listening to our debacle against the Doggies on it last week.

Probably doesn't fit in this thread, but the TV ratings in the early stages of the season are concerning (source: stats guru on an afl forum)

South v Glenelg 28K (43K for Good Friday last year)
Reserves game 27K (44K and and 51K for their two games last year). 'Showdown fatigue' perhaps a factor this year.

Hopefully these figures pick up.

Interest in the SANFL is at an all time low despite the promises of the Crows.

I would think the current crowds minus the Good Friday games would be worrying as well considering we have had near on perfect weather to start the season.

It seems the SANFL TV game is replayed on 7mate at 1am Tuesday night/Wednesday mornings.

I can't remember what night but last week saw in the guide they showed a WAFL game on 7mate too similar timeslot.

It is not rocket science that when your club has one of it's 5 byes this season no one will turn up either!
No income for the struggling clubs no footy for the supporters.
SANFL building up the competition with great programming I don't think!

Used to be able to on Plus7 for up to 28 days but I can't see it listed this year.
