we all did know, but im gunna give it just one more time

someone mentioned earlier in this thead that this show could be canned by mid-season and I think if they don't change, it definitely could happen. the reviews on the AFL are the same that was on the 2 footy shows before it, plus the radio, plus the sunday mail.

but looking at the panel, you cant expect them to actually know much about the current state of SANFL

Haven't seen it yet. Is it promoted as SA football ? If so then it should just be that as i view Port Power & The Crows as national teams.

SANFL got a good run with scores, vision, historic vision, an interview with NIck Stevens, FUIC SA Medal with Brad Symes.

Local Leagues scores were not submitted in time as far as I could see.

It is a pity that people who say they support SA footy don't try and embrace this type of show - when they don't have a show they will whinge we don't have one.

Hope we can give this a decent chance and get behind it.

Who whinged that we didn't have a show prior to this starting?
Watching more Crows and Power stuff on tv will be enjoyed by those who support those clubs - so I can see the show has its benefits for them.

Local leagues made the Sunday Mail in time.

Yeah there could be no other reason why they weren't on there. It's definitely the local leagues' fault.

Wouldn't people who support SA footy actually be at the football instead of sitting on their arses at home in front of the idiot box?
Try finding a time slot when games aren't on.
For someone trying to drum up support for the show you're doing a good job of turning me off it and I was willing to give it a chance.

GEM or GO at 6:30-7pm on Sunday night. It's only repeats of crap on there at that time, the weekends games are all done and dusted so content should be at it's maximum level, SANFL fans unlikely to be watching the Bulldogs v St.Kilda on Fox or whoever the Sunday night game is.

If you want it to support SA footy, have more SANFL content, have it at a time when people are likely to watch it and get rid of "Hutchy". While some Victorian flog is the anchor it will gather no interest from SA football fans.

Give Tredders the role in the corner of an Adelaide studio, loads of SANFL and Sunday night timeslot.

No problem for helping out, my consultancy fee is $900 per hour. You owe me $900. ;)

It isn't the league's themselves - just some clubs don't get their scores in on time which makes it hard to air them.

This is simply a teething problem.

Entirely up to you if you watch and support the show - it is there as extra coverage that we didn't get previously.

You're crazy if you think this will be an SANFL show.
Let's be realistic - we are the minority.

However, it would be nice to see more SANFL.

The SANFL segment of the show was poor. Tredrea talked about Symes without knowing his injury the day before, obviously knew nothing about the game. Eagles highlights were shown when Nick Stevens was interviewed, they obviously thought the yellow meant it was Glenelg. They mention scores from the Amateurs. Good for those who are yet to embrace the internet or newspaper. A half arsed attempt at trying to cover South Australian football.

As mentioned previously - this is only week 2 so it will take some time.

Interestingly there were no country results in The Sunday Mail that went to the hills.

Please voice your concerns to the Footy SA facebook page also at that is where the feedback will be most noticed.

Perhaps the show could reach out to its market and read the feedback here?

Saw this show in full last week and a bit the weekend before. I see no benefit to me. As has been mentioned before its covering a saturated market of two AFL clubs and stuff all of SANFL news. Rucci's segment was embarrassing. I won't be watching again.
I've worked many years at 9, 10 and at other video production companies, to make this show you'd need minimal set up and most stations in Adelaide would be able to do it if they're doing the news here. They're obviously doing interviews already in Adelaide so that's covered already so they just need to edit it together and present it.
How about showing highlights of past games from the 60's, 70's & 80's.
As with most things in the media now its all rehashed, regurgitated and spat out in your face again and again. It's the same shit different time slot.
'PAFC don't want any advantages in the SANFL. It would only take away from any achievements we earned.'

More of a reach around, given how the show is treating its market...
