Like the selection Panel for South.

Club looks like it is leaving no stone unturned to try and turn around our on Field performances!!!!!

It's been over 20 years since we have played in consecutive finals series for crying out loud!!!!!!

Applications closed yesterday for this gig so interviews will start within the next week I reckon.

Interestingly if Collins did want the job he would have had to applied by yesterday but I very much doubt he will interview until Westies season is done!

The advertisement also mentions "ideally have minimum coaching experience at State League level"

I think people are quick to judge Jarman from his coaching days at north but I'm sure the guy has more experience and knowledge since then .....

Agreed. But Not just that, he has a lot of football nous in his own right.

So, are you saying its a job for the boys?

I actually don't follow what you've read into my post.
What I did mean was that Cunningham is not only from a winning culture, but he significantly contributed to that culture. I believe it's no coincidence the Power won their first and only flag while he was president.

Southee I agree a lot of people seem to be anti Jarman but he made North a very competitive team in his time in charge and also had them playing attractive football which most people enjoy.

He was brilliant as Perth coach.

Jars will unite the players. They'll be right behind him.

I find it interesting that people talk of winning cultures and have an expectation the next coach must be the next premiership coach. Reality is clubs in the position South are tend to turn things around slowly over the tenure of multiple coaches. Jars might not be the premiership coach, but he could be the first coach in that series. His qualities of getting people excited about the club probably mean more for them right now than any lack in tactical nous.
