33 days ago Glenelg played North at Glenelg and drew a crowd of 4,414. Yesterday's crowd, which must have been a record for a Glenelg vs North crowd at the Bay was 1,568. Sure the first match was on a public holiday and yesterday's game was on television and the day had threatening weather, but the discrepancy is alarming. I have never seen more empty grandstands for a league game than at yesterday's game.

In the time I've been here its 13 goals to 1 at the end Sturt were kicking to, and that one was a poor turnover where Sturt ran into a open goal in the reserves.
