Btw, get your goal posts (half are on an angle) and scoreboard sorted.

Picture from last night. I thought it was funny that the clock part kept running but the score part froze.

Funnily enough for all the talk of a massive slide at Centrals, this was our best result at Richmond in the last 3 years.

If that form line holds true a top 3 birth could well and truly be on the cards.

We have lost by bigger margins at Richmond and still made the top 3, so what I'm saying is its not panic stations just yet. That changes of course if we are 0-3!

It was, unfortunately there were still far to many 'miscellaneous' free kicks paid both ways. Really takes away from the spectacle imho.

I agree but at least they didn't favour one team

Agree umpiring definatly didn't favour any side.

Just very frustrating as a supporter when a frees keep getting paid and even the players don't know which way it's going.

For me the rules in modern football don't give the umps a chance though

No, just wondering if Norwood will get a home, Caesar or natural berth.

Yeah. absolutely.
I am not too dissapointed with the result, considering the amount of inexperience in the dogs team last night. They will only get better.
Did West play like that for most of the year last year because all I remember is the last couple of finals which were a
massive contrast to the footy they played last night?
Thats the sort of footy that will A; keep supporters coming back and B;win more games than you lose and C; possibly win you a flag
If only Norwood and West played an attacking shootout like that in October last year. I definately would of watched more than 2 qtrs.

It always amuses me to hear the crowd screaming for an AFL style free kick for players that are sweating off. I prefer the SANFL style umpiring. They always favour the player going for the ball.

Winning form is always better than losing form, but there were some good new players on show for Centrals, who actually look like they could get us back to the top with some more experience.

I doubt that the Crows can afford to leave Crouch in the SANFL for very long.
