I saw her last week and agree she was very very good.
My vote is for promotion to join the other girls currently umpiring at League level....
Seriously I have no issue at all with female umpires. They have never played the game but neither have the male umpires.

More importantly, having played the game doesn't seem to automatically make any umpire better than the others, so I don't feel the girls will be at a disadvantage. Its more about reading the game and knowing the rules than being able to play it.
