Rodan's loyalty is to the Port Adelaide Football Club. You know, the ones who Pay him.
If he is worried about his pay check being damaged through injury wouldn't performing on the Footy show be just as dangerous?
Apparently not!
Piss weak SANFL and the CLOWNS who run it.

You're right, apparently not.

Talk about clutching at straws. Perhaps he better not cross any roads either.

A bit unfair on Rhodan, he is a proffessional footballer nearing the end of his career. He neeeds to be fit and healthy to get a contract.
He played a handfull of games for the Redlegs and quite frankly I would rather have a younger player like Murphy or Grigg play in the finals and gain experience.
David will not be playing in Adelaide next year so is lost to Norwood anyway.
Good luck David I hope you find a good AFL home.

It comes down to the risk. If his contract is up in the air, and he plays SANFL finals and gets injured even though the AFL season for him is over, Port Adelaide would have to pay a part of his salary next season even if he isnt on the list.

I am not sure the club is in a position to pay $100k for someone not on their list, sitting in Melb, watching the 2013 AFL season with crutches in hand.

If he is injured dancing on the Footy Show that wouldnt be at the clubs cost.

FFS he was just dancing, I'll probably be doing more dangerous things tonight and come out unscathed!!!
He has some pretty good moves too! :)
Luke Ball has been out with an ACL and was OK, bit of difference between a 120 minute football game and 2 minutes of dancing.
WTF is the world coming to?

Exactly. Dancing for 5 minutes or playing soccer for Norwood what's harder.?

If David is selected to continue his carreer at the Power and he has other minor injuries that he needs to recover from, before he returns to the Power he can expect to play in the parklands, as far as I am concerned, he is just another AFL money hungry gremlin with no concern for club loyalty whatsoever.

 "P*$s Off David.

Cheers,

Apparantly the going rate per SANFL game for AFL players trying to recover form is $500.00, we paid him for his contribution, on time but obviouslt that is not enough for a smidgen of loyalty.

Cheers
