Norwood the only side with a real following.

Tend to agree, from last week its only a swap of Glenelg fans for Dogs fans so not sure how its going to get above 10k, happy if Im wrong though. Might be more Norwood fans this week, Im guessing the 2nd semi might draw some more of them out.

Crowd treated to another deadset boring as bat shit games. This has been the worst finals series I have seen in memory.

Just disappointed the footy has been so very average, for us neutral supporters I should add.

Agreed that there seemed like more than 11k. Seemed like a much larger crowd than last week which was only 2k less.

Time to move it back to AO though, seriously.

Crowd seems higher likely because of the advertising covers on the seat which are designed to make it so!

Think Thebarton for early round finals and Adelaide for the latter finals is a good outcome for everyone!

Thebarton is a hole. I like the idea of home finals.

Agreed. Would have gone last week and again next week as a neutral if it were at AO - in town Sunday mornings anyway for Church and would have been a nice wander across North Tce and through Elder Park for the game knowing the car is already parked and paid for. As they're at AAMI, if they don't involve Centrals I frankly can't be stuffed driving out to AAMI.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Yep, should have been there this year, but with it being a construction site for a couple of years, I can't see them moving the finals from Footy Park for a while yet.

I've been calling for home finals for ages. I don't care if catering can't handle it, bring your own food people.

1. Better crowds. eg, there would have been 8k at Norwood Oval last week and 5k for Glenelg/South, together that is 13k, much better than the 9k we got. 2. Better atmosphere. 8k at Norwood >>>>> 9 and a bit for two games. 3. REAL home ground advantage to the team that finished higher.

Probably won't ever happen, but man it'd be good to see and I wish the clubs would make a push for it.

Does this deserve it's own thread??

I am sure all the CDFC supporters would think that would be a jolly smashing idea as well! - If todays match were played at the Ponderosa Norwood would have been lucky to be within 100pts.
