[/quote] Exactly , nobody takes the Bays seriously on any level these days , maybe Mickan wasnt the problem but alot of the players are sick of the people running the club and dont enjoy the enviroment they create ; happens all the time at footy clubs , but never gets spoken about except behind backs . How else do you explain that effort on Saturday , it cant be the coach AGAIN . Boards and CEO dont sack themselves but this seems a classic case here of Players Vs Management = Sacked Coach !
