Culpitt running circles around Backwell now.
Commentators can't work out why McConnell has spent so much time in the forward pocket in the 2nd half after being BOG in the first half.
Bays kick a point.

Norwood 16-14 110
Glenelg 15-7 97

Special mention goes to Paul Blandis who pronounced the Bays home in the 2nd quarter.
Great stuff Paul, insightful and accurate as per usual!

and his repeated use of the "word" us to describe Glenelg. People thought Eddie McGuire was bad with Collingwood.!

You enjoyed writing that didn't you Wedgie mate? Seriously thanks for the updates :D

The positives are that by the sound of things we had a RHG for most of the night and for periods of the game our new players stood up and showed a bit.

Negatives are that we let an opportunity slip through a poor period of play (giving up a six goal break) and obviously lacked that on field leadership to steady which is to be expectd in a relatively young side not used to winning.

Something to work on for next week bring on the Eagles. A step in the right direction.....

he he, I don't know what you mean Tassie, I was a fully fledged Snout at one stage last year till someone opened their mouth and started stalking me online.
Luckily for me everything has gone pear shaped for the Bays ever since.
I think its called karma!

Onya Norwood! :D

No worries about the updates, I'll do it for every game I'm home.

Not quite Mr Punky, right now we would have a percentage of ~ 47.4%, seven other clubs would have a percentage of 0.0. So right now we would be sitting second on 0 pts but with a vastly greater percentage than Centrals, Eagles, North, Port, South, Sturt and West

Why do have feelings of de ja vous from 1975, 1977, 1981, 1982, 1987, 1988, 1990 & 1992..........

Some people are destined never to experience joy, satisfaction and fulfilment in their lives. For those people God has given them the Glenelg Football Club
And tonight is yet more proof!

Once a Snout always a Snout Wedgie........It is just the latent love you feel for the Bays.......

Isn't someone close to you a Bays supporter and perhaps they are starting to make you turn......

PS chances are I will be at the Bay on the 29th of April look forward to catching up....

Quite the opposite, Mrs Wedgie used to follow the Bays but realised it would never work way back in 1990 as I disliked the Bays more than Port and she is firmly entrenched as Rooster girl now having been shown the light.

My mother in law is a life member at Glenelg but you know how it is with mother in laws, all the more reason to not like the Bays!
(Despite being a life member she doesn't bother with them these days, jumped off the bandwagon a few years back)

I actually have a closer blood tie to Norwood and West. Westies will be my 2nd team this year though, still too many morons follow Norwood!

Woohoo! :D

Top comeback performance by the Legs tonight.
Listened online to 5RPH. Who is the bozo who repeatedly says "don't worry about that"? :x

The Bassett injury will hurt us unfortunately.

Cheers Wedgie, enjoy your day at Prospect tomorrow.

Good thing about following footy is you can have some good banter with supporters of other clubs, really appreciate your updates, made the night worthwhile and enjoyable, far more enjoyable than watching the Dogs v Richmond....

Gotta love the SANFL
