A bit like Rubbers recruiting a large orange cone to fill the mighty void left by Josh Carr then?

Put a fake beard on it and you'll all be venerating two meter sideways handballs.

hopefully the norwood management will give us some signings soon. its killing me waiting. so many players linked with norwood they now know that something special is in the offering here. the names i have heard mentioned Cleve Hughes was stated once, Jerricho?, Eagleton, Hahn, bode. i believe there still might be a few tricks left in the bag as far as recruiting goes and might see some surprises whwen the signings are announced... Lets hope we pick up some good footballers who are ready to have big years.

Jericho is an in, doubt Cleve would be though.

I think more than most years the draft will have a significant bearing on us, and hence our recruiting

I reckon Norwood have done pretty well on field by not signing any one in recent times.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Ah I see, it's not known to anyone until it's mentioned here. Jade Sheedy didn't notice Duldig at training last week, lucky bayman was on hand.

well perhaps he wasn't seen at training because he wasn't cleared until yesterday

barto, this is just a rumour at this stage, kurtze maybe retiring from league footy

So will Duldig have to give up his day job with the SANFL if he plays with Sturt?

NO, (i don't know the exact terminology) but the sanfl & all clubs have agreed for him to play & good on him top bloke with great hands & he will do very well at sturt, i'm sad he didn't come back to the bay as we seem to be heading in getting agile athletes rather than footballers

All will be revealed after all of the drafts are done with and the club knows where they sitso many players linked with norwood Really, where'd you hear that?they now know that something special is in the offering here.Hush child, let's not put the cart before the horse the names i have heard mentioned Cleve Hughes was stated onceUnlikely, enjoying life on the Gold Coast with Darren Pfeiffer by all reports, Jerricho?,Confirmed in for 2011 Eagleton, Hahn, bode. The coach stated pre end of this season that we will not be recruiting players for the sake of it or by their reputation, which makes me think the two ex Western Bulldogs players are unlikely to end up at the Parade also i believe there still might be a few tricks left in the bag as far as recruiting goes and might see some surprises whwen the signings are announced... Lets hope we pick up some good footballers who are ready to have big years.Norwood will recruit on a needs basis, no tricks, if you want to play for our club then we're interested, if you are chasing $$$ go elsewhere, you are neither required or wanted, as to whether they have big years, well like most recruiting drives if 50% of signings add to the team from the previous year, then it's been a successful drive, some of our recruits will flourish, others won't

Due to work committments & a rapidly growing family, Full Back of the year is considering playing amateur league, as he feels he might not have the time to commit to SANFL training schedules.
