OUTGOING West Adelaide coach Andrew Collins' ideal job next season is a Melbourne-based AFL development role, but he will consider an SANFL coaching offer.

Collins put West Adelaide's financial sustainability ahead of himself last week resigning effective season's end.

After having discussions with the club, Collins agreed the cash-poor Bloods could no longer justify employing a full-time coach.

The Hawthorn premiership player says he cannot afford to remain in Adelaide in a part-time position, but will consider staying if another club made him a full-time offer.

Would he be willing to move South?
Turned West from a basket case to a top side, could he do the same in Pantherland?

So Westies want to employ a part time coach ? Bet the quality of applicants is great.... bit like Sturt.
Can only be a club man willing to roll his sleeves up. Might be time to roll out Neil Kerley again !

Maybe if Bassett gets an AFL gig, Collo could end up coaching the Redlegs?

To be serious for once ..... Andrew Collins could well be just the man for South, someone to restructure the club. Could not do much worse than the current coach.
The man has pretty well said he would like to stay in SA.

And goes without saying the adjustment for the players to a different game plan would be minimal and take all of about 10minutes , but il say it anyway ;)

Would he be the 1st premiership coach to get sacked immediately following the Grand Final?
