Roy's in the same pond he's always been in. Bass is a fish trying to get from a pond to the ocean.

I recall when Centrals won their first flag they were running around with Tshirts with a Bulldog xxxxing a Magpie even though they beat the Eagles. Centrals wanted very much to pay back Port just as Norwood now want to pay back Centrals.
Centrals never got another chance to play Port in a GF as Port dropped off. I wonder if history will repeat itself and Norwood will not not have the chance to even up the score just like this year ?

I don't recall those t-shirts. Who was wearing them?
Do you mean the premiership t-shirts?
Wouldn't think so though, as none of Our premiership shirts feature any depiction of the opposition side, except on a scoreboard (if it's present).
Was wearing my Bark2Bark one last night (2001).

Bassett v Laird in Finals:

Laird 3
Bassett 0

Looking at the most recent 6 finals coached by both produces an even score. Current form suggests a slight improvement for Bass and a slight decline for Roy :

Last 3 finals :

Bassett 2 (Includes 2012 GF win)
Laird 0

Last 4 finals :

Bassett 2
Laird 1

Last 5 finals :

Bassett 3
Laird 2 (Includes 2010 GF win)

Last 6 finals :

Bassett 3
Laird 3

Why am I not surprised by your comments Centurion ? As I was typing it I was chuckling to myself expecting just that response from the Bulldog Brigade.

Very true. But you've used that before. Come up with something original.

Actually, is that Schubey getting his own back on a Gowans?
