I was going to suggest we see what Rendell thinks, but thought that would be in bad taste.

I spoke to a Collingwood recruiter yesterday and he said there are NOW question marks across the recruiters on young Menzel and his ability after having LARS surgery to even stand the rigours of an AFL pre-season let alone games. This was after his brother's unfortunate second knee injury. He didn't however rule him out re being on the Pie's draft watch list despite his statement! I guess time will tell?

Most surgeons do take age into consideration when consulting a patient.

I'll be looking forward to those updates big Phil, it is very exciting for me as my club Imperials, in Murray Bridge have two lads in the team who are both good chances to end up on the AFL and if that is the case there will be a total of 4 Imperial Players in the AFL which is a great achievement for a Country Football Club.

Keep an eye out for Dwayne Wilson and Jarrod Lienert.
