You mean the forward structure? Not sure how people could be confused by what someone means when they're talking about structures. You don't just tell your players to stand wherever they want or wherever the opposition wants them. Where they stand and how they move is most of a league coach's job.

Might have been a record but i think most of the frees were there so it doesnt matter how many are given.

I think it was a sign of the players form rather than the umpires form. The game was full of mistakes both decision making and skills.

Personally i thought the umpires did a fairly good job, i didnt really notice them.

I must have been at a different game. I noticed them all and they were Bl**dy ordinary. for both sides
But I bet they got "A"s from the SANFL observer.

Interestingly in the Reserves

Matty Westoff

8 possesions
3 ineffective possesions
0 Marks
0 Tackles

*those stats were taken from the CDFC Forum

Where is this bloke heading at the moment. By the end of the year he will probably be no longer on an AFL list and i would i be surprised if Central were interested in offering him anything more than a reserves contract based on his form this year.

Will he move clubs before years end. Probably the best move for his career.

Not sure he can. Clearances end on June 30. Could be different for AFL players though.

I think he is the 2nd youngest ever mate.

Menzel was born in late September, debuting at 16 years of age.

Shannon Hurn also debuted at 16 if memory serves correct, but he was born in early September.

Not sure if there has been anyone younger than Shannon Hurn, maybe Dogs Historian Robert Laidlaw will know?

Because he is an AFL listed player, I think he would be able to move at anytime if the Power wanted him to.

Basically I enjoy watching all doggy players who play thair role in the "machine" as others have described it.

Even the new players we have added this year are amazing the way they step up and play at the level required.

And when players on the opposition play well against the doggies I find it annoying - it means somone on our team aren't doing their job well.

I have seen a few games where I am a neutral observer and therefore the following list is quite limited to those I have seen.

Eagles: McKenzie, Salter

Port: Harder

North: Alleway

South: Liddle Stribling

Norwood: their old ruckman (what's is name?)

Gleneleg: They make me laugh too much to remember names

Sturt: Giles (I know he's gone now but he was good)

West: yuck too negative
