That raises a really interesting point. As Port are now one club, would this supposedly justify any movement of Power players between AFL and SANFL ranks that favoured the Magpies' cause?

Well given the Power dropped Hitchy to us to play Port Adelaide last week and took Banner as the travelling emergency I'd say no.

However Pseudo's description remains valid.....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

 Local Footy SA Glenelg Team has too many forward lines.

Maybe it was a really long selection meeting on Wed night at The Bay, and they couldn't make up their minds which one to name.

Ty Allen's return is a big one. Welcome back Ty :)

McGinty's inclusion to cover Kirk's injury and give Trev Ruck support is a given.

Personally I'm really looking forward to Nick Cane and Chris Curran's debut. Have both been very solid players for past 13 mths in Reserves.

Good Luck to Shanon Snook who returns to League after a couple of games last season - Love the Snooky's

It's the principal of the matter.

Why would Port need to "rest" a bloke 3 games in.

Then they have to play him next week (AFL) as the Bays have the bye. Surely they wouldn't want him running around for the reserves for the bottom side....

Then they'd be condescending pricks if they did that as they'd blow the theory as to why they're not letting him play tonight...

You guys are making too much out of this. No need to hit the panic button just yet. Give it a few more weeks.

With the PAP smears now having a vested interest in the performance of one particular SANFL team - and thus in the relative performance of all SANFL teams as a whole - it would be fairer to the Bays players and indeed the rest of the SANFL if they kept their moral stance to themselves.

W@nkers.

Just missing something here, you that is, he is first and foremost a Port Adelaide player, yes?

Exactly. Why didn't Port just say that Kane Cornes was injured? If he's not playing for the Bays, then he technically hasn't been dropped.

Even just a "general soreness" as they like to say in exchange for rested.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Glenelg fans arent whinging cause we think Kane will help us tonight, moreso that there is an opportunity for us to see Kane put on the black and gold again where he grew up as a kid and learnt the game.

Have heard Kevin Costner has bought the movie rights to the conspiracy. We will know the truth soon enough. The Cornes family will be entirely CGI. Like Gollum in LOTR.
