You're right, it doesn't.

Thank you, apology for your troll accepted, back to game now folks.

I disagree with both of you. Though it doesn't necessarily mean a penalty won't be incurred by the retaliator, I think it can be a critical part of defending a charge.
If for example someone had you in a "squirrel grip" or "choker hold", have you the right to retaliate? If you did it could provide a sound defence.

Sorry wedgie, now back to the game.

You're right, it doesn't. But otr's snide remark about " his "teeth" ...." gave me reason to comment.

Desperate hey Booney just to lay in the boots at any opportunity with any post I make?

Did you consult with your other anti-North Magpie cohorts in Devils Advocate and Been Real before you constructed that brilliant reply or did you come up with that all by yourself! LOL

Get back to rattling your tins and blaming the world for the plight of your Magpies!

Should be a great game depending on the weather, pity it's so far away as I would enjoy another day in he corporate box!
I'm tipping the Dogs by a bit being a big oval and they impressed me more than the Bays over 4 quarters from what Ive recently seen.
IMHO the Dogs look a bigger chance to take out the flag this year than any other since 99!

Who knows, it might even be as good as a reserves game from ten years ago.

Dogs for mine in a close one.

Not a bad team that - 54 Premierships amongst them, including 22 in the full forward line alone.

Not sure how many Premierships Glenelg will have in their team but I reckon there may be a few runners up medals in there... ;)

Only in the squad Dutchy, may still not play league yet...

Based on his recent reserves form, I'd suggest he'd be playing the early game...

Well if he does come into the league side, he can take confidence out of the fact that he has won a league premiership playing against the Tigers mate ;)

That would be about it though, because like I said, his form hasn't been that great in the Doggies reserves, he badly needs to work on his second efforts and work rate across the entire length of a game.

Looks like a strong Glenelg side.
A bit worried about our lack of height in the forward line. Have gone from a team of Goliaths (Schell, Henderson, Havelberg and J. Westhoff all named in the forward line two weeks ago) to a team of David's. (only Schell is now left from that quartet).
Cheers

Oops, I think I meant Gunston rather than Henderson.
We can always swing Norman up forward.
However, Hendo would be handy.
