Who's harassing Norwood supporters?
Most of the posts I'm reading so far are fairly convivial and have expressed respect for Norwood.

Centrals people keep saying we were understrenghed(which i know you were), what you were really saying is you needed your full strenght team to beat us saturday.

I will assume it wuz a very large crowd of NW barrackers who BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOed

Pathetic, I was ashamed and embarrased to be a NW barracker

The BOOOOOOers #$%^$%^&^$#$% ...

lot of booing was for the centrals supporter flipping the bird on the oval to the norwood supporters - some though was directed at the centrals players which was just ridiculous.
i'd suggest that the centrals players would just file that away for future reference...

It wouldnt be often that Central made the lowest score for the round?

A great win by Norwood and a great game to watch. One of the best I have seen in a few years just because it was so tight for most of the game.

Hopefully this has set us up for a real run at the top five for the remainder of the year. I thought this might be the year Central might drop off a bit but I’ll admit I was wrong, they will win the premiership again this year.

Because he seems to have little time for Centrals nowadays. May or may not be true, but his body language is telling that tale pretty clearly, IMO. Seems to sook a little too long after being dropped by Port.

A couple of unrelated points however. Norwood Oval isn't suited to the expansive game Bassett has them playing, I can't wait to play you at Elizabeth Oval in a little while.

For all of your world class moaning about injuries you seem to forget Norwood also have a few key players out. Add to that you were handed by the AFL a key marking forward, Westhoff, and a gun midfielder, Symes, both of whom had an impact, Symes especially.

I think we will play off for the flag!!! ;)

Why are the Norwood Supporters on here saying stuff like "don't worry, you'll still win the flag?' and the like?
I say "Shove it up your proverbials, you are cocky, arrogant and got beat at your own game! Right now as I type this we are better than you! Sucked in! Gloat, gloat, gloat!""

Can't wait to beat you at Lizzbeff either!

In my mind we can and will win the flag, surely every supporter of every club should think this of their own club???

I'll boo every opposition player, coach and official who steps on to my oval  ! And I would expect every player, coach and official from my club to cop the same at away games!!

Fair call. Thought the dogs were well below their best yesterday. Norwood were pretty good not the best team I have seen this year, but they are quick and have a very good midfield.

They certainly will make the finals this year.

If you can build a fortress feel about a ground and get some opposition to fear it and the supporters then that can only help your club.

Couldn't agree more.
