:-??
From a Norwood standpoint...utterly impossible to predict.
We need an analyst to sort out our anal list. Anything could happen. From apocalyptic to plain pathetic.
Fortunately I've become just psychotic enough to go and watch !

And good things always come in threes..... ;)

Can someone explain to me what Kite did to deserve being dropped in the first place????? He was miles away from being our worst last week.

Granted the last game I only saw on the box, but I don't understand all the fuss ... As much as I like Kitey I don't think he's been near his best form (although obviously he's not alone in that department) this year.

Agreed BUT surely given the form he displayed last year you give him a bit of time in the seniors to find form and confidence.

Well I've not been happy that blokes like Massie, McGuiness and Phillips have been automatic league berths when not playing up to scratch and should have been earning their spot via Magoo's performances, so that same principal needs to apply to Kitey.

Doesn't really matter though now that he's in, hopefully he has a day out and shuts me up quick smart :D

I've never been happy with how we use Phillips. He's the one guy we have with genuine leg speed to run the ball and apply some midfield pressure, and we have him sitting in a forward pocket.

A couple of things id like to get off my chest;

1) Ive never regarded Neil Craig as having any coaching ability and his decision to drop Walker just reinforces this. He is a fool!

2) With Walker back in a physically tougher comp this week, will he be able to cope with this straight away? Ive watched Jon Griffin come back from the crows time and again and he has been noticably softer than when he left the dogs. It usually takes a week or two back playing around accountable footballers for him to stop ducking his head, pulling out of contests etc. I wonder if this will affect Taylor Walker this week also?

I really rate Walker as a player, and his performance in the elimination final last year was superb. I really took notice of him when i usually only take a passing interest in a game not involving Centrals. I just wonder if his influence might be a lot less than people think this week. Of course, now that i say that he'll kick 10 and be the matchwinner and everyone will tell me what a knob i am! :)

Although he has had some good games, I really don't think Walker's most recent form justifies keeping him in, and this match is a suitable opportunity to look at the alternatives.
It gives Sellar and McKernan a chance to show what they can do..
Walker needs to learn about getting into the game when others are not winning the ball to deliver it to him.
With a bit more work he'll be a good player.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

I agree with your assessment of Walker. I grew tired last season of hearing people saying "Walker should be in the Crows NOW!!!" The lad is very raw, and should turn out to be a very good AFL player, but the defensive component to his game last season was non-existent. Had they have rushed him into the Crows in 2008, they may have destroyed him.

I think Craig has handled Walker well, and a short stay back with the Redlegs will do him no harm whatsoever. Very few young players force a regular spot in their first season of AFL.
