Hartlett is playing reserves. The power have put restrictions on him already  . He can only play 60% of the game so he is playing magoos.

He's a Port Adelaide player, an employee of the PAFC, why wouldn't they do whats best to protect their investment??

I understand that GWW. I just don't get the 60% of the game thing. If he plays 75% what difference is it going to make at reserves level he played half a game at afl level a few weeks ago which i am sure is more taxing on the body than a reserves game. They did it with Robbie Gray last year he was restricted to 50% game time and the next week he played 100 minutes in the AFL.

I can see your point, i'm sure the club (PAFC) though would be mindful of Hartlett's restricted pre season, they would no doubt be wanting to ease him back into it. They would probably be concerned that if he played in the League side for West, they (WAFC) would probably be keen to play him as a midfielder for large portions of the match, and after a 2 week break this may not be the best thing for his recovery.

I understand all of that as well but i think they should just trust the kid and let him be the judge of when he comes off and when he needs a rest. I know it gave Robbie Gray the sh!ts last year.

"you can put lipstick on a pig, but at the end of the day -its still a pig."

the "panthers " name change is the first step in what are rumoured to be plenty of changes at the club- Guernsey, Ground and Grandstand- stay tuned.

SAFC guernsey change?
seriously what is it?
on a lighter note, if the SAFc change their name, will the 'SA' monogram be replaced by a 'PFC' on the front of the guernsey......

Surprised to see young Corrie named in the league side.Big raps on him,and I hope he has an impact for us tomorrow!
Also surprised young Kennedy-Hunt did not get a go in the league side,I feel he would have been a very handy addition to the forward line.
We will have to hit the game 100 miles an hour to win this one,and the result aside south fans will expect to see maximum effort tomorrow!!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL PLAYERS AND WELCOME TO THE TEAM NEW PANTHER PLAYERS! :D
