Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Just heard a suggestion on 5AA Sunday Roast that struggling AFL clubs consider approaching a "Cash Cow" organisation in India to bail 'em out, seeing Indian businesses appear to have heaps of cash to throw away for 20/20 Cricket matches and promotion.

Maybe someone from either Port Power or Magpies could consider this "out of the square" idea and give Boof a call to see if he follow up and get some leads.

It wouldn't mean playing matches over there, just taking their money, and offering trips to see matches etc.

Sometimes the more stupid the idea the better the outcome - cos no-one else would even bother wasting their time on it.

TV people in India are investing in 20-20 cricket because of the $$$ return they are getting from sponsors and crowds (in India). They aren't "throwing cash away". They are the modern day Kerry Packers getting sport onto their TV networks.

So what possible interest would they have in the Magpies or the Power? There's got to be something in it for them other than a few free trips to a suburban SANFL ground. How many people follow the AFL in India?

You'd have more chance of success from directly asking Boof to hand over some of his money rather than asking if he has any leads.
In between signatures .....

Average home attendance = 2991

The attendance is probably mostly opposition fans flocking to see their team flog the magpies. Heck I even paid to see Sturt flog the magpies at Alberton earlier this year.

That is easily the worst ever comment you've ever posted csbowes. You are not worthy to have been photographed holding that Sturt doll.
