Thanks jim, was gonna ask you what the crowd looked like, that is better than what they were thinking.
It is a farce when coupled with what happened last year.
Hear plenty of talk about gws concessions and some of the melbourne clubs that haven't had success, how must Perth FC feel to see Peel in a flag like t hat.
At least the tigers won the other two grades.

So at the end of the day the NEAFL, VFL and WAFL Premiers were all AFL reserves sides, just fantastic for the real fans

And the knobs that reckon we keep whinging about the crows and port don't get it that it is second tier footy all round the country that's suffering with no conviction from the afl to help it out.

Peel winning in Perth today makes a mockery of their competition - does anyone know the Crowd numbers?

15k at the WAFL
17k at the VFL for two AFL sides one of which is Footscray and I thought their fans would of flocked there today riding the high wave they are on

Especially given Peel's history from their foundation until two or three years ago.

The Clubs voted against East Perth & Peel Thunder being the feeder sides for the Eagles and Dockers but were out voted by the WAFL Commission, West Coast & Fremantle.

At least my Club Claremont beat the Eagles Reserves, Reserves side and their Colts team

And my understanding is that East Perth and Peel had secret meetings and went behind the other clubs backs with the WAFC's approval

Agreed Jim absolute bloody farce. We should all fear it. An example of the type of thinking that ruins state leagues, the 15,000 crowd figure is testimony to that.

From left field. Any chance we could trade the Crows for Frankston? Then we only need to find another side to swap places with Port Power Reserves (aka Magpies) and voila No AFL in the SANFL and we can then return to calling it the S.A.N.F.L. and not Sanfull.
