11 Woodville/West Torrens 22 seasons 3 premierships 2.21%

3 / 22 = 13.6% ... this would place us 4th behind Central but ahead of North & Sturt

Let's hope your mob of scrubbers wait for us at the top of the race so we all can p*ss ourselves laughing again.

Risible.

ok, then after the game, us scrubbers will meet you in Our Club for a nice cleansing Ale or Two, we can give you a guided tour around Our Club too if you like.....oh, sorry, I keep using the term club, silly me.
A club is an abbreviated term used by sports fans & sporting groups, it's short for clubrooms. This is where supporters meet either before, during or after the game & generally discuss how the game will go, is going, or how it went, usually lots of alcohol is consumed, maybe a meal as well. MOST sporting organisations have the club(rooms) located adjacent to the sporting venue where the game will be held, is being held or was held. Most.
Our club is lovely & modern &, as you enter through the main foyer, to the right you can peruse Our trophy cabinet, where you will notice that this pack of scrubbers has won 9 SANFL Premierships since the beginning of the 2000 season. In fact, in the last 18 seasons, We have featured in 14 SANFL Grand Finals. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Interesting that you decided to include the only period in your history that you actually achieved any sort of success and conveniently omitting the barren years (sorry... decades).

FYI you're only 3rd on the all time bragging rights list.

Premierships and seasons from 1877 to 2012 inclusive. Years 1916-18 & 1942-1944 excluded

01 Port Adelaide 130 seasons 36 premierships 27.69%
02 Norwood 129 seasons 28 premierships 21.71%
03 Central District. 49 seasons 9 premierships 18.37%
04 North Adelaide 114 seasons 28 premierships 12.28%
05 Sturt 106 seasons 13 premierships 12.26%
06 South Adelaide 130 seasons 10 premierships 7.69%
07 Adelaide 7 seasons 1 premiership 7.14%
08 West Adelaide 110 seasons 7 premierships 6.36%
09 Glenelg 114 seasons 28 premierships 5.62%
10 West Torrens 110 seasons 4 premierships 3.64%
11 Woodville/West Torrens 22 seasons 3 premierships 2.21%
12 Woodville 72 seasons 0 premierships 0.00%

# Adelaide played in the then SAFA competition 1877-81 & 1885-93.

Hope you aren't including the WWII premierships in Norwood's amount.

what can I say? economic times are tough. Plus We don't get spoon fed lots of night games, only 2 this year. It doesn't help.

Tough times for everyone though. No such thing as a free ride these days so there must be a good reason why you’re not getting more the 2 night games.

No they got bored, 12 years is along time to take the piss!

Boredom and taking the piss shows in most of your posts.

Hopefully a slide down the ladder will fix those problems for those like you.

what I was referring to was the fact that in what people brand as lower socio-economic areas, people are doing it tougher that people in other areas & are not affording luxuries, such as going to the footy. We only have about 2,000 members, luckily we have some fantastic sponsors ;) this equates to not so many people going to footy matches.

If you look closer [-X I stated that 1942-1944 were not included.

Also I admit I made an error  in WWT % which should be 13.64 which would put them 4th.

Only going to get worse too, self proclaimed diehards like GoldenDynasty have already admitted they won't go to many games this year.

What's the opposite of a bandwaggoner?
