It may be different for AFL listed players given they are in stricter quarantine, screened every day and are tested twice weekly for COVID (2020 protocol).
Therefore they are more easily allowed to travel is there is greater certainty hat they arent infectious when they travel compared to the average member of the public. However given over half of their last SANFL team will be in Melbourne for the next three weeks if the SANFL got going in two weeks time would they even be able to play?

Sturt were unbackable favourites to beat Norwood in 1978
North were a short priced favourite in 1986
The Eagles were unbackable favourites in 1994
Central were favourites in 1996. Port were the incredible odds of 15/10. I walked into Footy Park with $20 and left 3 hours later with $50. Thanks Mal.
Central were favourites in 2002 when Sturt beat them.
But there have been a lot more favourites salute.

Geez, I'll have to find somewhere else to shop when the Bays colours go up there.

It looks like you can drive down Port Road again now though.
Whilst stuck in traffic on Thursday morning I saw a bloke starting to paint the top of the West End chimney grey. He must not have been an Eagles fan - it only took him about 2 minutes with the large roller to cover up most of the Eagles' colours whilst initially leaving the Roosters untouched, even though it looked like he could reach the red and white from the same scaffold platform.
I didn't see what the end result was but I guess they have to give the site a cleanskin ready for sale or whatever they are going to do with it. End of an era but at least the tradition will continue 1km away.
