You think your teams are so dominant and would flog every other side in this comp yet you all go running 100 mile an hour in the opposite direction !
Week as piss SANFL clubs, you must know that North Ballarat and Williamstown would cut you to bits.
Go and hide in your corner with your little 9 team league.Sit back and watch the AFL money dry up going into the SANFL.
Mr AFL wont put up with little brother telling them what they will and wont do !

You have a club, and a great club in North Ballarat, won last year's flag to make it three in a row and you seriously think your comp is heading in the right direction?

Jim05 wrote:The vfl is just a glorified afl reserves comp. The afl aligned teams dont give a stuff about winning they are just preparing their squad to play afl. They use it to get form and fitness into players. I went to a collingwood game last year and a certain head coach was telling the vfl coach where he wanted certain players playing and how much game time they get. Collingwood was up by 4 goals in the last qtr and this head coach was yelling from the grandstand to his afl players to come off the ground. They didnt give a **** whether they won or lost and this makes the comp great how?

PhilH wrote:Yes there is Centrals Dominance.
But in the past 9 years
- they have played 6 different opponents in the grand final
- West 03
- Eagles 04, 05, 06
- North 07
- Glenelg 08
- Sturt 09
- Norwood 10
Also in the last 5 years 8 of the 9 teams (West the exception) have played in at least one finals series.
That to me makes for an interesting competition.
