If only Jarman had been there to yell "Gut run! Gut run!" at three quarter time, we woulda gotten over the line! ;)

You left out "roll the dice".
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Dont know the demand is there for listing your team in your profile, but let the people speak if they want it.

Is there any WAFL forums Barto?

Has anyone seen that West Perth have managed a clean sweep in defeating all other clubs so far this year ?

No wonder Centrals don't have the ticker to take them on! - imagine getting smashed by a WAFL side, it was humiliating enough for the state team to be rolled by the WAFL side at Leederville.

Perhaps a thread for WAFL and VFL stuff instead of a full blooded forum?
Where would we put it though?
I like the idea, I keep a keen eye on the WAFL and VFL.

Surely any WAFL/VFL discussion falls within the scope of the Regional Leagues board?

That mainly has amateur discussion contained with it.

Can't see any harm in having a 'Other State Leagues' Board much like our SANFL/AFL boards we have now.

I also like to keep updated on the results of those leagues from a punting perspective and occasionally listened to a WAFL call or two on the net on a Sunday arvo

Hopefully South get to take them on next year. If only they can finish at least second to bottom and get to potentially qualify.

I think either the top 3 will take up the opportunity next year or they'll be struggling to find clubs. This season, expecially with West doing well, will provide a real acid test for the issues the other clubs had with it. With more time and feedback, the powers that be might be able to find solutions as well. However, if it really compromises West's shot at an SANFL flag, the other sides who rate their chances will be even less likely.
