Funny how you know they will sook, but you listen anyway
You're just lucky you're not listening to Melbourne radio who would be shitting all over your rabble every day.
It’s on in the office this arvo unfortunately.
I’d happily listen to someone teeing off on Essendon, they deserve it

Jim05 wrote:How many of those frees are for the last touch rule?
The AFL sides still don’t understand the rule and often look bewildered when they concede a free from it.

Surely last touch isn't included in the stats as a free kick, Id be very surprised if they are.

I thought they were only included in frees against not in frees for each team

QUALIFYING FINAL FREE KICK COUNT:
Norwood 20
(includes 7 deliberate out of bounds frees)
Adelaide 17 (includes 4 deliberate out of bounds frees)

SECOND SEMI FINAL FREE KICK COUNT:
Adelaide 13 (includes 1 free from deliberate out of bounds)
North 25 (includes 3 frees from deliberate out of bounds)
At half time the Free Kick count was North 14 to Adelaide 8, yet Adelaide were leading the match by 8 points.
So after half time North only received 2 more free kicks than Adelaide.

Talking unfair treatment, you gotta feel for those Roosters in the 2021 Elimination Final.
The Free Kick count was South Adelaide 43 to North Adelaide 25 and South won by 43 points.
43 Free Kicks 'For' is a record for any SANFL League match since Champion Data were doing the statistics.

The 43-25 also includes Deliberate Out Of Bounds Frees which were the following:
SA 7
NA 3

Scores from Direct Free Kicks that day:
SA 5.4
NA 1.0

Makes no sense that last touch is counted in the free kick count, pretty unfair on the umps IMO

I'm glad he's been found. ;)

Best "expert" on the SANFL Now commentary IMO along with Curtis Deboy

overall the commentary has been fairly good have enjoyed Big Phil's too
