Yeah, it will probably depend where the crows and power tell them they can play and when.

6500 last week so would expect somewhere between 8-9000 at semi final day. Norwood will bump up crowd numbers and hopefully Roosters get on bandwagon as well. Would like more of course.

9,248 for Nth v Eag 1st Semi and Nor v West 2nd Semi finals.

Still not great but a move in the right direction from last week.

Why, West and Eagles have very little supporters and would have been smaller if South made it!!

I thought the turnout of North fans was great.

If the grand final is a repeat of last year, I think they will struggle to get 22,000. This is a bad sign of things to come of the SANFL with the induction of 2 fake teams next year.

I disagree to a point - I think you'd possibly get more of a crowd in attempt to see South win a GF in their lifetime.

Looks like 2500 here (with at least three leaving now, after the ressies).

In 2013 there was 11 Power Players at the Magpies and in 2014 all Port Adelaide players will be at Alberton including League, Reserves and junior players. That is the only change to the club structure.

If you don't want to watch those teams grace the hallowed turf at Queen St, it will be your choice and you will miss out.

Enjoy supporting your colours, I'll support the club.

What was the official crowd figure yesterday? Looked like a pretty poor turn out.

5228

Saw more Central, Norwood and Glenelg fans at the game than West fans.

You can't tell me that all of these players will be playing FOR the club, not just AT the club. It will be mainly about development, not playing to win.

Looking at the revolving door of imports that have played AT the club over the past decade, of which only a handful have been any good, or stayed for an extended period, eg. Clayton, Jimmy, Thurgood, Jarrod Young, they can't do any worse.

So you're saying Clayton, Jimmy and Thurgood weren't playing FOR the club?
Those three were bloody good servants for mine. You're doing them a disservice by including them in this argument, to suit your needs.

That's reading what you want to read but how you'd interpret those names as worthy of being disparaging is beyond me. They are the exception to the many imports that have been no good playing AT the club.

That kind of intelligent argument is a bit nuanced for Beenreal.
