ferret wrote:If power lose Friday night and Stewart doesn't play for them he won't be able to play Sunday for the Eagles, as he did not qualify during the minor round. It appears at this stage Heath, Mitchell and Salter will be playing on Sunday, further finals for these three have to be negotiated.

Did Matty Wright not get cleared to play finals?

Hope for his sake neither the Power or their sandpit side aka the Magpies make finals next year.
If he is to play deep into any finals series the season will be even longer again.
Not a crack at the player at all, just the "system".
What a joke.

Explain again the benefit Port Adelaide will get from letting our player play finals for another club?

There is no benefit any more. But it is nice to know there are some pea-hearted players on your list.

I rated him our 3rd best player yesterday, but we didn't win did we. Takes more than talent to make it. He has had some shockers this year. He'll be the perfect Reserves player for you next year. The Magpies will be full of that type.
