all in all its a great result with lights finally being switched on

just a few minor adjustments and i think the experience will be sublime, just gotta get the locals happy so we can get the approval for more night games. either for us, state games, local footy comps etc

I hate how even competitions like the SANFL assume that we're so braindead we need constant stimulation by providing music or announcements at every possible break in play. Finals at Footy Park are unbearable for this.

I'm perfectly to happy to talk to the people I go to games with during the breaks without having 'Mustang Sally' blasted at me.

absolutely! Thats why the breaks at AFL matches shit me to tears. They just need to STFU! At least for a few minutes anyway.
having said that...I didnt think it was too bad at the Bay on Saturday night.

If they could channel the siren into the speakers, that would help. Didnt hear one siren all night.

Scrappy game, good result. I actually ran into a fair few West supporters. It wast that bad a turn out by them. They dont have a huge following
Yeah, Naah,..... Bollocks!

cheers ... will do

Seriously though, West would be close to a top 3 threat if they played attacking footy, but not likely with the incumbent coach I suspect.

Sounds like you are having the same frustrations as North supporters when Healy was in charge.

Instead you have the priviledge of watching South bang nearly 20 past you on your own deck!

Must be alot more enjoyable ;)

I would hate to think what sort of footy would of been played on Saturday if Healy was still around. Hopefully he coaches your team one day.
